2. Can I have a consultation before buying the weight loss program?

Yes, you can schedule a free consultation with our doctor without any commitment to purchase.

 

3. Can I purchase the program online before seeing the doctor?

Yes. We try to be very informative of all the options beforehand so you can buy your preffered medical weight loss program online. If you buy the program online, you must schedule a telehealth visit with the doctor for consultation and prescription ordering. Medication is not sent until doctor sees the patient. If the doctor deems the medication is not appropiate or if there are medical contraindications, a full refund will be given in those cases.

4. How soon will I receive my medication after the doctor's prescription?

Shipping takes 5-7 days from the prescription date, barring unforeseen circumstances. Time is for pharmacy processing and delivery is overnight Fedex cold shipping.

Medications are cold shipped via FedEx overnight and must be refrigerated upon receipt.
