Thank you for choosing Miranda Beauty & Weight Loss for your telemedicine health care needs. We are committed to ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and service. This Refund Policy applies to the online purchase of services, including medical consultations and medication prescriptions, facilitated through our website, and or Tebra credit card payment during the consultation, if applicable.


Services Offered

Our services include professional medical consultation and the prescription of medications. Medications prescribed by our healthcare professionals are sent to pharmacies for dispensation. Our primary pharmacy partner is Hallandale Pharmacy, with Southend Pharmacy serving as a backup.


Refund Eligibility

  1. Prior to Prescription of Medication: Refunds are available for services purchased online if:

  • There is a contraindication to the medication prescribed during the consultation.

  • The patient changes their mind about proceeding with the medication before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy.

  1. In these cases, patients may request a full refund of the fees paid for the consultation and any medications not yet prescribed.

  2. After Prescription of Medication: Once a medication is ordered and the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, the fees for consultation and medication prescription become non-refundable due to the personalized nature of these services and the costs incurred in processing prescriptions.

  3. Medication Dispatch and Delivery:

  • Our partnered pharmacies, Hallandale Pharmacy and Southend Pharmacy, have a standard turnover of 7 days to dispatch medications.

  • Medications are shipped to patients via FedEx overnight mail.

  1. Delivery Failure Exception: If there is a failure in the delivery of the medication due to issues on our end or our pharmacy partners', excluding circumstances beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided by the patient, natural disasters), patients are eligible for a refund of the medication cost or a reshipment at no additional charge, depending on the patient's preference.

Modifications to the Refund Policy

Miranda Beauty & Weight Loss reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
